We operate, develop and market natural gas storage capacities in the cavern storages of RWE Gas Storage West. The customers and their requests have top priority with us. That is why we stress an active exchange about new storage products and services.

Bookable Capacities

Bookable storage capacities result from the difference of currently technically available capacities minus already booked capacities.

RWE Gas Storage West ensures access to its storages according to its General Terms and Conditions. We offer storage capacities in form of working gas volume, injection and withdrawal capacity with the option of firm storage-bundles on a firm base or individual services on a firm and/ or interruptible base. Bulletin Board

RWE Gas Storage West GmbH supports its customers in trading their contracted capacities on the secondary market by providing a transparent and non-discriminatory booking platform. Below you can see all current offers from our customers as well as inquiries about secondary capacities. If you, as a storage customer, would also like to offer capacities or get in touch with storage customers regarding your specific capacity requirements, please contact us.

  • In order to submit an offer / an inquiry within the framework of secondary capacity marketing, please get in touch with the known contact persons. The offer/inquiry entry is based on the completed form „ Offer / Request Secondary Marketing“. RWE Gas Storage West will place the offer / inquiry on its homepage after coordination with the offeror/inquirer has taken place. The entry will be deleted again in coordination with the offeror / inquirer, but at the latest at the beginning of the potential booking period.

  • RWE Gas Storage West offers its storage customers and potential storage customers a free bulletin board. Participants can post information for initiating business contacts for bidding and searching for storage usage rights.
    Any misuse, especially for illegal purposes, is not permitted. Each participant is responsible for the content of their data.
    The content of the entries is information provided by the participant to initiate business contacts.
    All information on the Storage Capacity Bulletin Board is provided without responsibility. Interested parties should obtain confirmation of the accuracy of this information from the relevant capacity holder. RWE Gas Storage West accepts no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, currency, completeness and quality of the information provided. Nor is any liability accepted for the functioning of the website on which the Storage Capacity Bulletin Board is located.
    The regulations of § 17 and § 22 of the valid General Terms and Conditions apply.
